Overview** As part of onboarding, CNS will have already loaded your FX exposures into the platform. This guide covers how to maintain those exposures over time. --- #### **2. Viewing Your FX Exposures** You can view exposures in two main ways: 1. **FX Dashboard** - Select a business unit (or leave blank to view all) - See your current exposures (e.g., 5.1 million) in summary form. 2. **Data View** - Go to **FX → View Data → View Forecast Data** for a detailed breakdown. --- #### **3. Updating Exposures Manually** You can make quick edits directly in the **View Forecast Data** screen: 1. Find the forecast you want to change. 2. Update the notional amount (e.g., change from 5 million to 4 million). 3. Click **Save**. You can also: - **Add new forecasts** by entering payment date, forecast currency, counter currency, and amount. - **Edit existing forecasts** to reflect new amounts or details. --- #### **4. Updating Exposures via Bulk Upload** For larger updates, use the bulk upload function: 1. **Download the Template** - Go to **FX → View Data → View Forecast Data**. - Use the dropdown to select **Export Bulk Upload Format**. 2. **Fill in the Template** Key fields include: - **Action:** Update, Delete, or Add. - **Document ID:** Internal reference such as purchase order or forecast ID. - **Notional Currency** and **Counter Currency**. - **Notional Amount**. - **Type:** Forecast or Committed. - **Direction:** Payment or Receipt. - **Start Date**. - **Unit Rate** and **Note Field** (optional). 3. **Make Changes** - Update amounts, delete outdated forecasts, or add new ones. 4. **Import the File** - Go to **Client Import**. - Browse for your updated file and click **Import Data**. 5. **Check for Errors** - If any lines contain errors (e.g., invalid currency codes), an error box will appear. - Correct the errors in Excel, save, and re-upload. - No error box means the upload was successful. --- #### **5. Confirming Updates** After uploading, rerun your FX Dashboard to confirm: - Updated totals. - Forecasts extending to future periods (e.g., 2026 and beyond). You can also check the **View Forecast Data** screen for detailed confirmation. --- #### **6.
