In the left-hand menu, expand **FX**. 2. Navigate to **FX Enter Data** → **Add Budget Rates** ![](https://kb.cnstreasury.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-10-2025-11-59-47-9813-PM.png?width=688&height=208&name=image-png-Mar-10-2025-11-59-47-9813-PM.png) #### **Step 2: Enter a Budget Rate** 1. **Select the Start and End Date:** Define the duration of the budget rate (e.g., over a quarter or financial year). 2. **Select the Buy Currency:** Choose the currency being purchased. 3. **Select the Sell Currency:** Choose the currency being sold. 4. *(Optional)* **Select a Business Unit:** Assign the budget rate to a specific entity. 5. **Enter the Budget Rate:** Input the exchange rate for budgeting purposes. --- #### **Final Steps** -
