In the left-hand menu, expand **FX**. 2. Navigate to **FX Enter Data** → **Add Forecast Data** ![](https://kb.cnstreasury.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-10-2025-11-54-00-2365-PM.png?width=688&height=213&name=image-png-Mar-10-2025-11-54-00-2365-PM.png) #### **Step 2: Enter an Exposure** 1. **Choose the Direction:** Select whether the forecasted exposure is **To be Paid** or **Received**. 2. **Select the Start and End Date:** Typically, this is from the **1st calendar day** to the **last calendar day of the month**. 3. *(Optional)* **Select the Business Unit:** Assign the exposure to a specific internal entity. 4. **Select the Forecast Currency:** Choose the currency that will be **paid or received**. 5. **Enter the Forecast Amount:** Input the expected transaction amount. 6. **Select the Counter Currency:** Specify the currency of the counterparty. 7. *(Optional)* **Enter the Budget Rate:** Input an internal benchmark rate if applicable. 8. *(Optional)* **Add a Note / Reference:** Include any additional details for tracking. --- #### **Final Steps** -
